Sorry but I kind of don't agree with you here. I think if 2 french speakers want to post in french, it should be up to them. After all, people sometimes post in spanish on the other board. On all these boards, I'm only interested in a portion of the topics anyway - I can't expect to be interested in everything.
As far as where this board pertains to, at least half of the people that post on this board are from Canada - in fact, probably more than half - so I'd say the area for this board includes Canada, which includes Quebec province, which is 82% french-speaking.
Sorry to disagree but it's only my opinion.
