Hello,
I tought that this forum was open to world wide (thank you internet). I just prepare a travel to visit your contry.
I 'm in a french forum too.I think that if somebody from an other country comes ask a question : first we say him (or her) welcome on board. If he receive a answer in englih, nobody will be angry because there are lot of french people who speak in english (fortunatelly the web help you to understand).
Don't forget that the main purpose is sharing informations and what is important is that the one who post the question can understand the answer.
