Just out of interest, what's your top five Original Jim albums? Mine are: Tall Tales - fascinating stories beautifully delivered! Talkin' To Your Heart - Goes hand in hand with the above, but the narrations are very innovative Moonlight And Roses - Shame he wasn't around to enjoy the success of this gem. Jim in fine low register voice here. Good n Country - back to his roots but with a 60s sensibility. AND my all time favourite: Girls I Have Known It's a real classy collection and the arrangements are sheer perfection. Excepting the velvet Anna-Marie, Jims voice is more, well, delicate here and the light jazz arrangements really suit his voice. Tracks like Everywhere You Go and Till The End Of The World from the same period carry similar arrangements too and it's an area he never really returned to, which is a great shame. So what's top of your lists folks?
