Hi Allen,
No doubt there have been many owners of Jim's former residence but as for their names I do not know.However, in the liner notes (written by Larry Jordan) for a recent Voicemasters Cd it was noted that a Mr. George Bradfute (a musician/arranger)is apparently the current owner of that house and still uses Jim's original studio downstairs.In fact, it was used for the production of some of Jim's last CD "I've Forgotten You".I do not know if I have all the facts quite correct and if I haven't,I am quite sure that Larry or Julie will set us all straight as time permits.
