(no subject) Posted by Bob Robyn on July 8, 2007, 7:06 pm 24.152.207.185 I think that cut from "Gentleman Jim" album is an overlooked gem. I don't think it is on CD, except the Bear Set. I thought it might be fun, in the midst of this long hot summer, to come up with songs that we would like to see on a CD that are not available except on the Bear Project. I have three to start with: Stand In The Storm Waltzin' on Top of the World (pop version) Anyone have any to add? Of course if we are wrong, we would all glad to be corrected, because that means we could get some favorite songs without breaking the bank! (assuming the CD is available) Bob  Post a Response

You might be able to find a copy there. It also includes the overdubbed version of "Beyond The Clouds" that was released only on the "My Cathedral" LP. This has never been released on any other CD. As for songs that have never been on CD that I would like to see released: ALL the overdubs that were not featured on the Bear set, and also the LP's "Jim Reeves On Stage" and "Yours Sincerely, Jim Reeves", which features just about ALL material that has never been on CD.  Post a Response

Go to www.ebay.co.uk, then advanced search, then items by seller, and type in seller name 'ecclesnbluebottle'. That's me. I am selling the cd as well as the complete 2 on 1 series of Jim.
