Posted by Bob Robyn on June 29, 2007, 11:53 am This is an inexpensive CD and it comes out next month. I am not recommending it or NOT recommending it. Fans who would like to listen for themselves can go to: http://www.emusic.com/album/Jim-Reeves-The-Louisiana-Hayride-Archives-1-MP3-Download/10605446.html and listen for themselves. Bob

Posted by Larry Jordan The sound clip labelled "Untitled" is an abomination, it is so filled with background noise. If you would like to discover just how good the VoiceMasters CDs are by comparison, listen to the song "Each Time You Leave" on the "emusic" site you recommended. Then go to the link below and click on the same song from VoiceMasters (as featured on the latest CD, "I've Forgotten You"). We used the SAME VOCAL TRACK for "Each Time You Leave" when we did our overdub, except that we restored the audio first and then proceeded with studio quality new instrumentation. The difference is night and day. (Please note that VM did use OTHER, previously unreleased new vocals on Jim too). To hear the difference, click below: |

Posted by Gil Nelson Thank you, Bob, for bringing this to the attention to the message board - and Larry, thank you for your comments. The better informed we are, the faster we can put these "bootleggers" out of business.

Posted by John Walker It's an insult to Jim that some people actually believe that they would accept this trash as something that they would part with their hard earned cash for. John. |
Posted by Roy Zinck Check the ''Just can't understand'' post of 3/9/07 . This never seems to go away. Forever a fan |
