Yes, Ron, this is true. I've heard this story more than once. "Blues Eyes Crying In The Rain" was on Elvis' second to last album called "From Elvis Presley Blvd. Memphis, Tennessee". The title meaning that Elvis recorded all the songs at Graceland. In his final days, they couldn't get Elvis interested in recording anymore, and couldn't get him to the recording studio to do so. Therefore, RCA sent recording equipment to Graceland. This was apparently the only way they could get him to lay down any new tracks.
