Hi Mike,
Stu used to be my wife's favorite singer. As a matter of fact we still have a little snap shot of Stu hugging my wife behind the old Ryman in Nashville ( of course with my permission). I have all 3 (and I think that's all his RCA LP's) that were released. He had a rich mellow voice much like Jim's.
I once heard the WSM-Nashville DJ Eddie Stubbs interviewing Stu. Stu said that he just like Jim had toured South Africa and had even recorded songs in Afrikaans like Jim. Of course those recordings will probably never be released.
