Hi Everyone,
Tonight, at 22:02pm, (17:02, US Time), I will be lighting a candle in Jim's memory. This will be followed by a viewing of my "Kimberley Jim" DVD, as I do every year.
I wss only one when Jim died, so in a way I was saved from the grief of his passing. But now, 45 years on, I still feel a bit of sorrow this time of year, as I have been a great fan since I was 15, thanks to a neighbour belting out Jim's music from an open window as I was passing by on the way home from school one day. From then on I was hooked.
I will also be thinking of Mary, Dean Manuel, Leo Jackson and Chet Atkins in my prayers tonight.
