An interesting point for other Jim Reeves fans is that Country Singer Janie Frickie did some of the background vocals on many of Jim's overdubs, including:-
"Little Ole Dime" (FWA4-1114)
"Missing Angel" (FWA4-1115)
"It's Nothing To Me" (FWA4-1116)
& "Send Me Back My Love" (FWA4-1117)
at RCA Victor Studios, 806 17th Avenue South. Nashville. on December 1st 1976 (2 hours)
and again at the same venue on January 31st 1977, (18.00 - 19.00 hours).
Also on the following:-
"There's A New Moon Over My Shoulder" (GWA5-2895)
"Roses" (GWA5-2896)
at Music City Recorders. Nashville on January 5th 1978 (10.00 - 13.00 Hours).
Also on the following:-
"I Never Pass There Anymore". (GWA5-2926).
"Before I Died". (GWA5-2927)
"There's A Heartache Following Me" (GWA5-2928)
& "The Talking Walls" (GWA5-2929)
at Music City Recorders, Nashville on January 5th 1978 (10.00 - 13.00 Hours) as above.
Also on the following:-
"Don't Let Me Cross Over" (HWA5-5363).
"I've Enjoyed As Much....." (HWA5-5364).
"When Two Worlds Collide" (HWA5-5365).
& "I Fall To Pieces". (HWA5-5366).
at the Woodland Sound Studios. Nashville on December 28th 1978 (15.00 - 17.00 Hours) and again at the same studios on January 18th 1979 (15.00 - 16.00 Hours).
I hope you all find the above trivia interesting.
Always for Jim & his Fans.
