There is another reference to our favorite singer, Jim Reeves, in an article about the death of Michael Jackson. The Belfast Telegraph in Ireland has drawn a comparison between the millions who mourn superstar Mr. Jackson and those that mourned Jim. It's impressive to see that Jim Reeves is being remembered as such a historically important musical figure. That is really significant when you stop to think about it because the music world has lost a lot of stars, including from the country field, and yet only a handful evoke that kind of strong emotion.
