Here is a touching story about a 97 year old woman, Millvina Dean, who was the last survivor of the Titanic ocean liner that sank in 1912. She was the youngest passenger aboard the ship, but lost her father who was among those who perished when the ship went down in the north Atlantic. She had lived in a nursing home in Southhampton, but had recently had to begin selling some of her Titanic mementoes to try to meet monthly expenses.
She passed away recently and, at her request, Jim Reeves' "Moonlight and Roses" was played at the end of her funeral.
