My Cathedral song

My uncle and grandmother love this song and would like someone to sing and play it at her funeral. She's 82 and in relatively good health, but I'd like to track down the sheet music if it is available. I did find the lyrics online, but I can't locate the music anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a beautiful song that brings tears to my eyes as well.
