I would like to say that everything is finalized in the estate but that is not the case at all.
Terry filed an affadavit stating that he found a holographic will of Mary's and we are contesting that will. He is also trying to claim his spousal portion of the estate. Apparently we are set to go to court in February. The Reeves family are pretty much in agreement that we will keep this in court until everything is gone before we give it to Terry. I feel an obligation to Mary to try to fulfill her wishes as best I can. I would like to preserve Jim's assets however, Mary meant the world to him and I am pretty sure that he would want me to do just what I am doing.
