Here is a link to some excellent video -- a boat tour of Cedar Rapids streets. This has personal relevance to me because where you see the Navy guy talking to the camera, he is in front of the block where I grew up. This has been described as a "once in 500 years flood." Strange it hasn't gotten anywhere near the coverage of Katrina. But then, we haven't had the rampant crime wave and violence that made Katrina such an appealing story to TV news.
