Hi: Right now I can think of Jimmy C. Newman, Mel Tillis and Charlie Pride. Know there must be more.

: with others.

: With all the losses there have been lately
: of
: people who who performed in Jim's era, I
: thought it would be good to pull together
: the names of some of the ones who are still
: with us, particularly the ones who are still
: performing.
: First comes to mind is Ray Price. Heard him
: about 5 or 6 years ago and I was blown away
: by how good he still was.
: Bill Anderson wrote Jim's "I've Enjoyed
: as Much of This as I Can Stand". He is
: also still performing.
:
: Others:
: Little Jimmy Dickens
: Kitty Wells (retired)
:
: I am sure there are more and those of you
: who regularly hear the Opry may be able to
: add to the list.
