5 Songs Recorded on this Date 1964 Trivia - 2 Part Question

To All,
Hope everyone had a great Sunday. Jim had a great May 18th in 1964 and I believe I have posted about this before but it was his next to last recording session and his most successful as all 5 songs were hits, 3 were #1s one reached #4 (on the Billboard Top Country Singles Chart) and one reached #5 if my memory serves me right on the Record Retailer/Music Week Chart in the UK. Now is the time for all all to scratch their heads and answer/wonder what all those songs were for the first part of the question. Part II: Only one record involving the five hits was released before Jim's crash, and that would be part II of the question what was it and what were the songs on it?
