The aforementioned albums are not on CD and, in answer to part two of your question, I wouldn't hold my breath on the release of either of those LPs to CD format anytime soon.
I do agree with you, however, that both of those overdub projects were probably some of the best that RCA authorized. I believe that former Blue Boy, Bud Logan, was responsible for the production on Nashville 78 and he did an exemplary job. I can't remember who was responsible for "There's Always Me", but it was also a worthy effort.
I also agree that it would be nice to see these albums on CD. We can always hope...
