Doris, I saw "The Dottie West Story" when it first aired, and although someone did play Jim in a small scene, Jim's voice was not heard in the film. There was a scene, however, where Dottie sings one of Jim's songs...I believe it was "Welcome To My World"...and thanks Jim for helping her get her start. By the way, the actor that played Jim looked absolutely nothing like him.
