On "Nashville rebel" (avaiable on DVD from Bear Family records),a 1966 movie starring Waylon Jennings (with live performances from
Loretta Lynn, Tex Ritter, Porter Wagoner, Faron Young, Sonny James and others),
Jim is mentioned both on "Hillbilly heaven" performed live by Tex Ritter and on "Christmas at
the Opry" performed live by Loretta Lynn with the Wilburn brothers (with a narration in the middle
similar to "Hillbilly heaven"). Even Patsy Cline and other deceased (until 1966) country stars are
mentioned on both these two songs.
(This color movie also contains scenes shots at Nashville's Rca studio B with a little apparition
of Chet Atkins as A&R man).
