I have to tell you folks a little secret - I've been honored to have the privilege of listening to these songs at the various stages of their development. Voicemasters contacted me to ask for my input. I've used Milton and Wes & company before on my own work, and so I guess that's why they wanted MY input. I clearly was flattered and took on the task gladly.

The work that went into this project is astounding. The attention to detail, the impeccable sound quality, the musicianship - everything - it's unbelievable.

As a musician, it's still hard for me to believe how they can do the things they do in the studio.

I'm not criticizing any previous projects when I make this next remark - I have all of them, and I love all of them. With that aside, the quality of the sound and musicianship on this project is, in my mind, clearly the best thus far. There is a reason why it took so long for this gem to finally be released.

Congrats to Voicemasters - you all did it again, but this time, you hit a grand slam. An absolute knockout.
