Hi Allen,
I respect your opnion on this subject, as i know there those who hold the same view as you do.
Oddly enough, for a long time i held the same opinion as you do in regards to the placing of a memorial marker at the site, the precedence being markers being placed at the site of Patsy Clines crash site and that of Buddy Holly.
However,what caused me to change my mind was the information that Larry posted on this site regarding Jims Crash site some time ago. Having read that i realised that although desirable to perhaps place a small marker it would in all probability,not really practical owing to the isolated area.
