The story you have linked to, Robert, is misleading but I suspect Bear Family issued a press release that this is based on. The 1964 European tour that Jim Reeves, Chet Atkins, Bobby Bare and the Anita Kerr Singers went on had nothing whatsoever to do with the Irish tour of 1963, that was booked by a different promoter and featured only Jim and his band, and none of the other artists. So the Irish tour did NOT occur "at the time", like the writer claims. It happened a year earlier.
