Hi Larry,
If this book of yours is THAT big and heavy i guess that by now you must have muscles in places that i don't even have places. You certainly cannot say that you have'nt put a lot of work into this thing thats for sure.
By the way, i do believe you are correct when you state that Jim never played any dates in Scotland
as i had suspected as much but was somewhat uncertain, after all in 1963 i was just little.
