Posted by Paul I had the good fortune to be in Ireland last month for a two week vacation.Prior to leaving I checked through some material I had about Jim's earlier Irish tour to see what towns/cities he had visited. In alphabetical order they were as follows:Cork,Derry,Donegal,Dublin Lifford,Limerick and Yougal. No doubt there were others as well but that was the list I came up with.As for the actual venues I do not have that info but I am sure that some of the readers in the U.K. do and they will no doubt share that with all of us at the appropriate time.I spent time in some of these towns and noted that each of the record stores that I found time to visit stocked multi J.R. Cds more so than are seemingly available in N.A. As well, pictures that I had not seen before graced many of the covers but nothing really new in terms of music. However, when we were in Belfast the local paper had a complete review of the latest Bear project featuring Jim amongst other Nashville "stars".Jim's photo was used to highlight this feature article. Not too often would you see something like that anymore.I was pleasantly surprised to pick up a paper with that in it.Never could find one Irish paper (and there were about seven or eight of them) with any baseball scores in them though ! Very positive comments about our guy for the most part !Still much admired it seems in that part of the world. Take care !
