Bob,
I have it on right now, but I have an AT&T DSL line and it is CD quality clear. It could have been down this morning though I didn't hear any one mention it. A play should pop up and you hit the play button and it should start playing. Maureen Heatslip listened all the way in Scotland last year, and no interuptions, but Joyce Jackson had dial up and couldn't get it at all last year.
