I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Boots Randolph. I've admired his playing for years and it's even sadder to think that he had so many engagements lined up for the coming months. I'm sure he would have given many people wonderful memories from these shows that they would remember forever. Boots has played on a lot of big hits and some of my favorite moments on Jim's and Elvis' recordings are his fantastic sax playing. He will surely be missed by anyone who is a lover of great music.
