Bob,
The aformentioned duets were released in 1981, by RCA which had the Single 45 "Have You Ever Been Lonely" which was also on the RCA "Jim Reeves/Patsy Cline Greatest Hits" LP/CD and it was a #5 hit in 1981. "I Fall to Pieces" was the other Single 45 released on the MCA Label and included in the MCA LP/CD "Patsy Cline/Jim Reeves Remembering." I believe that the single record charted but was not in the top 40. I have all but the I Fall To Pieces 45 in my Vinyl archives. Considering it was produced strictly by mechanical jockying of the original vocals from the master tapes devoid of the original intstrumental parts, then putting on a whole new band with the jockeyed vocals, the recording engineers did a wonderful job on it. If you have the "Gentleman Jim - Story of a Legend Video," Owen Bradley explained exactly how it was done. A very interesting story it was. Also it was 4 years before the Sweet Dreams movie, so it had nothing whatsoever to do with that film.
