Does anyone know the timing of the Jim Reeves/Patsy Cline duets in relation to the 1985 movie on Patsy's life, "Sweet Dreams"? I feel like they came out before that.
I was wondering if there was any deliberate co-ordination there. Patsy's legacy certainly was helped by that movie. Jim's has continued without one. (I saw him just in the last day or so being promoted on one of these Country Classic infomercials.) along with Marty, Cash, and Patsy, as well as others, I am sure. It's amazing, he has been almost 43 years and he is still being sold on TV. Admittedly, Patsy has been longer, but Jim never had a movie.
