Hi, and welcome to the board.
I've been practicing Wicca for nearly 20 years now and I'm always happy to try to answer questions or point people at good resources to get themselves started.
To start with, here are some books that I would suggest.
"A Witch Alone" by Marian Green
"The Elements of Ritual" by Deborah Lipp
"Witchcrafting" by Phyllis Curott
"21st Century Wicca" by Jennifer Hunter
"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman
"When, Why...If" by Robin Wood
"Practical Pagan" by Dana Eilers
You can also find the recommended reading list that my coven uses at: http://www.tangledmoon.org/reading_list.htm
Here's some websites that you may find useful in helping you with questions.

Hope this helps you out. One important thing is to take your time and not rush into anything. Traditionally one studies for a year and a day before deciding this is the path you want to dedicate yourself to. This gives you time to experience a full turn of the Wheel and a chance to understand Wicca more fully so you know whether it is the right religion for you. Think about what it is you want from Wicca and also about how it might impact your life both for the good and the bad and whether your expectations are really going to be met. Lots of people come to Wicca thinking it is magically going to cure all the things they are unhappy about in their lives and that isn't the case. So if all you are interested in are magical fixes for your problems you probably won't be happy with Wicca in the long run.
