When you are ready to call the quarters,
try this: "Angels/Element of Fire, Guardian of the south, please come to aid me in the working of _______." Welcome them into your circle, and thank them politely. Do that for all the Elements. When you are releasing your quarters you release in the opposite direction you call, so if you called Fire first and went Deosil (clockwise), you would release Earth first and go Widdershins (counter-clockwise). so say "Angels/Element of Earth, thank you for helping me in this working of _______. Go if you must, stay if you like." Then after releasing the quarters, say "The circle is open but never broken. We are the people, we are the power, we are the change! So mote it be!" then pound on the floor (or ground) with your hand than is closest to where the circle center was.
