As you ask for wiccan I would say The Witches Bible by the Farrar's as this includes much of Gerald Gardners own book of shadows. They have also written two very compresshensive guides to pagan gods (The witches God and The witches goddess). However personaly as I class my self as a Witch and not a wiccan as such I personaly recomend Aradia for some history and as a solitary I love Hedge Witch by Ray Beth.
