Take time to relax, baths and stuff. Stage 2: Social- if you feel alone, there are certain things you can do to make you feel less solitary. Keep up with gossip and news, watch TV, go to movies, go out to coffee with everyone. Once you have become more outgoing because of your better self confidence, you should be social and go have coffe or go to the movies etc. Stage 3- Always listen to kicky happy songs before you go out, or before you go to school. Depressing music makes you depressed, theres no doubt about it.

Well, there are a few problems here, and everything should be taken in stages to get it better.
