Sounds like you've been watching the movie "The Craft". You don't need four people to call the Guardians or the Watchtowers of a circle. One person can do it quite easily. And people are not simply one Element, we are a balance of all the Elements..or at least we should be. Would you like me to point you at some resources to help you learn more about what you are trying to do? -Lark-
