Curses and the like are against the Wiccan way. I would use a communication spell, or an honesty spell on your sister, so she doesnt lie so much. Remember, whenever you are annoyed with anyone for a certain reason, think about it and try to do a positive spell to make that person a better human being. Also, a bit of the point, but 21 isnt that old. I will probably still be at home when i'm 21, i mean, homes are very expensive, especially if you havent had much job experience.
