If she wouldn't want magic used on her, then it would not be really ethical to cast a spell without her knowledge and consent. Secondly, what are we trying to protect your Mother from? The more information about what the spell is to do that you can provide, the better I can tailor a spell to fit the specific purpose. And finally, how experienced are you at working magic? I ask because the words and ingredients of a spell are the least important parts of any magical working and I need to know whether I need to give you any other information along with the spell itself.
