A wiccan and a witch are not the same thing. Wicca is a religion, a life path that you follow and learn about. After reserch and understanding the religionto decide you wish to follow this then there is a way to help you feel as though youve actually ocnverted. Its a dedicaition ritual. To become a witch one should understand the ethical background. Do your research and learn all you can.
