Take the object and sit where you ownt be disturbed for a few minuets. Hold it in the palm of your hands and feel all your feelings of love and protection for your father and feel them traveling down your arms, into your palms and finally into the object. Take a relaxing bath and think of your intentions. In this case you wish to protect your father. Relax and consentrate on yourself for a mo,ent. Become aware of yourself and consentrate on your being as a whole, feel your own energy coursing through your body and mentally will it to become infused with tranquility and the feeling of protectivness. Now simply relax and enjoy your bath. Towel off, put somthing comfy on and we can begin.
