First of all in Wicca we do not cast spells exspecially on another person with out their permission. This is considered negative magick and breaks the Rede An it harm none do what thou wilt! If you want to cast a love spell to attract someone to you that is fine. If you cast a love spell on someone specific without their knowledge it is not. I suggest using mundane meathods to solve this problem. I think you might want to leave magickal meathods until you learn how magick works and the ethics surrounding it.
