Not a great night but not a terrible one either. Steve finished 17th and Brendan 19th. They maintained their positions in the points standings.
I wouldn't think running over Justin's battery helped the car much either. And both times he got into somebody it looked like, to me anyways, that it was just a result of close racing at Bristol. I wasn't glued to the TV though. My interest has waned a bunch this year.
I felt sorry for Chase last night though. To me it looked like the car just made a hard right on him and most of the announcers and everybody crucified him for taking out the 18. I cheered!!! and so did the fans there!
I noticed that Rusty didn't say much about it. I think it was last week or the week before that he talked about Chase and how the economy/sponsorship made it so that he had to let him go from RWR. He also said that Chase has remained close to the organization and that he stops by the shop at times.
