What can I say? Everyone's probably said everything that needs said. But I'll add my own shock here.
I'm 21...turning 22 in 2 weeks. I think I first came to this forum at 14 years of age. I'm about to submit my applications to Graduate School, specifically American University's School of International Service and University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. I'm going for a Master's Degree in International Development at whichever one takes me. Fours years ago when I first started college, this seemed so far off, but here it is.
I still come back and check sometimes (obviously...). And like everyone else, I had my own moments of stupidity and immaturity as well on this board. Yet I still love video games after these years. I'm still a fan of Spyro...not long ago I finished up Dawn of the Dragon. But since this board, I've picked up countless other games and become a fan of so many things, new and old. The most notable would be Earthbound and it's sequel, Mother 3, with the recent fan translation, two games I probably never would have touched had I not picked up Ness and Lucas (especially the former) in Smash Brothers Brawl. I can say that those two games probably touched my heart more than any other game I've played...and that's saying something, as I'm somewhat of an unemotional person for things like that. But those two did it, in different ways despite being in the same series.
Where did the time and good ol' days go?
