Bevis family

I am looking for any descendants of the Bevis family who lived in Ryde. My great grandfather was George William Bevis born 1863, his father was Geoge Bevis, and his father was Thomas Beaves who was a policeman. My great grandfather came to Australia some time befoe 1888. Other members of the family emigrated to America.
