I haven't take the time to tab this song, but Iz played it in C on a tenor uke with low G to give a impression he was plucking a bass string like on a guitar.
The intro chords are C-G-Am-F (twice), then goes to C-Em-F-C-F-E7-Am-F while he's singing the "ooh-ooh-ooh" part. That theme keeps repeating itself through "Rainbow...". When it get the the bridge--"Someday I'll wish upon a star"--it goes C-G-Am-F. "Wonderful world" verse chords are C-Em-F-C-F-C-E7-Am-F-G-Am-F, and the break ("The colors of the rainbow...) are G-C-G-C-F-C-F-C-F-C-Am7-G.
The hardest part for me is not the chording, but keeping the rock steady reggae strum going while chording and singing. Iz also mutes the strums so that it's more rhythmic and the strings don't just ring and ring.
