I need a service dog - invisible disability

I have a life threatening form of diabetes which entails black-outs, and seizures. There is nothing I can add to my routine that will guarantee my safety. I believe a service dog is the answer for my case (i.e., Belle the Beagle saving the diabetic.)
I live near Boston, MASS. Please help!
