Why are we so afraid of a little argument? why shouldnt' it be one if that is how it has to go to get it through their thick skull? I am starting to look at my own conflict avoidance issues with my H and discovered that I avoid it as much as possible with him to keep the peace....but at what cost? When is your first appointment? is I would just flat out ask him in the calmest voice possible about the phone calls. What was the purpose. And if he could stop. Make some other kind of arrangement if possible like waiting until you are home before he makes that kind of call. Can he give you the cell phone or does he need it for work? My H got rid of his eventually.
even with a child involved there should be some agreement of when an where and how he contacts the OW. He just does it anytime he wants?
And what the hell peace am I keeping anyway....his peace? Certainly not mine. I am more than ready to get into conflict with everyone else...just not him.
