Is the restraining order for her to just keep away from him? You need one that keeps her away from your neighborhood and from both of you personally if you are away from the neighborhood. Keep records of each time you see her in front of the house or take photos if your camera will date the photo. Call the police each time. Eventually the log will get long enough that you would have a case if it ended up in court.
