Actually I did do that tonight- I went and got my hair done, came home watched CSI, and had a nice long bath. This does help and while in the bath I was thinking- I could so be alone and be happy- and have no expectations of anyone else-if I had kicked him out I would not care where he was, who he was with- but no here I am stressing over this and I have done nothing wrong. I don't need this. I thought absense was supposed to make the heart grow fonder?
