Posted by Kate I feel that way about Australia. My family was whole there, I didn't have a care in the world, the sun was always shining and it was a choice to be there. Then we got forced back here, forced to choose a rental, and then the miserable A. Blecch!!!! Now when I even think about Australia I want to cry. But....The best we can do now is to try to 'bloom where we are planted' right? To tell the truth, one reason I hate the house I am in so much now is that this is where my H's A took place (in cyber space, but still...). If your H's A took place in that dream house, well, maybe it wouldn't be so great to move back into even if you could. I hope you feel better soon!

I could be wrong but I am thinking you are missing much more than your house. The house was no doubt a dream come true, but also perhaps it symbolizes when you were happy, innocent, and trusting. Also, you lived there by choice, not being forced into something as you are now.
