I had about 12 to 13 psi boost stock on my srt-4. It would peek out at 14 but then drop back to 12 or so. Dodge says that the stock numbers for the srt-4 are 230hp and 250lb-ft tourque. A lot of people think that those numbers are conservative and I have seen plenty of dynos showing wheel hp at 220 and above. Plus, the car has more than 200lb-ft from like 2500 rpm on up so the fact that it has such a broad tourque curve is really what gets the car moving, hp is just a measure of tourque over time. The car isn't exactly slow but I doubt the 13.6 claim.
