I agree that does seem a little fast for a stock srt-4 at that elevation but, I would also like to point out that road and track ran their time in the middle of the day, in the middle of a blistering hot desert. I would expect their times to be a little slow. Also, I beleive that the car they were using was an 03 which, according to Dodge, has less hp and torque than the 04 does. Car and driver ran 13.9 with the 04. Personally I have run 13.855 @101.78 in florida which, obviously, is at sea level. So if he is running 13.69 stock, I want to know what the hell is wrong with my car.
